Mr. JO Primer – LVC gives strong bonding. It works well for many uses. This two-part, low-viscosity, solvent-free epoxy primer also offers great strength and resistance.

• Surfaces should be freed from laitance and dust by sand-blasting. In case sand blasting is not possible, thorough abrading with a hard wire brush should be preferable.

• Mix the two components together thoroughly for at least 2 minutes so as to achieve uniform mixing and thorough consistency of the mix. Apply the mix using brush or spatula to the pretreated surfaces.

A5. Yes, Mr. JO Primer – LVC is functionally similar to Araldite GY257 with Aradur XY54, offering reliable performance in industrial and commercial flooring environments.

1. Mix resin and hardener thoroughly (100:50 PBW)
2. Apply with a roller, brush, or trowel
3. Allow to penetrate the surface and avoid puddling
4. Proceed with screed, mortar, or coating after tack-free stage (4–6 hrs)

A7. Yes. Its good wetting behavior and absorption make it ideal beneath non-slip toppings, coving mortars, and textured layers.

A8. Approx. 4–5 m²/kg, depending on porosity. Very porous surfaces may need a second coat or a thinned first layer.
