Waterproofing failures often stem from an unexpected source: the water added during mixing. On-site dilution with hard water, unmeasured quantities, or inconsistent mixing can compromise the final film.

Even the best epoxy systems can falter if a careless mix leads to chalky coatings, patchy curing, or poor bonding. Especially in large projects, controlling field variables becomes a challenge.

• Mix Ratio (A:B:C): 100:50:250
• Application: Poured and leveled with notched rake and spiked roller
• Recommended for:
  • Large, open industrial floors
  • Light undulations or minor unevenness

1. Surface Preparation
   – Mechanically grind or shot blast to remove laitance and dust
   – Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and oil-free
   – Concrete substrate should be at least 25 MPa
2. Priming
   – Use MR. JO Eco Primer, UPS, LVC, or MVC depending on substrate condition
3. Mixing
   – Combine Part A and B thoroughly
   – Slowly add Part C (aggregates) until homogeneous
   – Use mechanical mixing for consistency
4. Application
   – For flowable versions: pour and spread with a rake, then roll with spiked roller
   – For tampable: lay with trowel and compact evenly
5. Curing

– Walkable in ~24 hours at 25°C
– Full cure in 7 days
– Topcoat can be applied after 24–36 hours

⚠️ Tips & Precautions

• Do not apply if substrate temperature is below 15°C
• Stick to recommended mix ratios — overloading filler will weaken bonding
• Ensure proper de-aeration with spike roller for flowable grades
• Protect freshly laid underlay from dust, foot traffic, and moisture
• Always verify substrate moisture levels if using on damp concrete.
