Quick comparison: NSF vs NS — which one to pick?
Quick comparison: NSF vs NS — which one to pick?
Core difference: pot life / working window. NSF ≈ 45–60 min, NS ≈ 60–70 min at 25°C. Both are 100:100 putty, non-sag and non-drip.

Choose NSF when:
- You’re bonding synthetic wood, laminates, veneers in vertical/edge/overhead locations and want a neat, no-drip application with a moderate working window.
Choose NS when:
- You need extra time for large panels, fiber reinforcement, structural strengthening, or jobs with multiple technicians and staged bonding.
Decision checklist (on site):
- Are you working on small/medium parts and need faster throughput? → NSF.
- Are you laminating large panels, impregnating fiber or require careful leveling? → NS.
