Description
Mr. JO Tecbond – CL is a strong, clear thick epoxy adhesive. It is used for industrial and general purposes. This flexible, two-part glue makes a tough and lasting bond. This has non-sag properties. It works well for tasks requiring high clarity, such as in cars, aircrafts, ships and bonding wood, metal, glass, stone, and plastic. Moreover, it can resist vibration, temperature changes, and cold. This makes it useful even in extreme conditions. Additionally, it is great for very low-temperature bonding. The formula is solvent free and non porous. It also protects against weather, heat, and chemicals. Furthermore, its thick and smooth texture makes it easy to apply with accuracy.
It has a 100:80 PBW mixing ratio and a 120-140 minute pot life at 25°C. This slow-setting glue gives users plenty of time to work. Additionally, its smooth texture makes mixing, measuring, and applying easy. As a result, it creates strong and long-lasting bonds for tough jobs. Whether for chemical-resistant tasks or general industrial use, Mr. JO Tecbond – CL provides great clarity, strength, and durability.
- Color: White
- Pot life @25°C: 120-140 mins
- Mixing Ratio: 100:80 PBW
- Mixture consistency: Clear think flowable liquid
- Optics: Transparent
- As a penetrating sealer to achieve high bond strength
- As dust suppressant and sealer for ware houses and factory
- As a primer before over coating with other coating systems
- As a waterproofing coating for concrete, RCC and fiber concrete
- The mixture should be applied on a clean, rough and dry surface. This should be achieved by suitable mechanical and chemical means such as sandblasting Wire brushing or chemical etching. Suitable degreasing agent should be used to remove any grease, or oil traces on the surface.
- Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:80 pbw. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2minutes. Apply the mix directly or using proper spatula to the pretreated surfaces.
- The joint components should be assembled as soon as the adhesive has been applied.
- Allow the material to cure for at least 24 hours before putting to use.
