🧽 Surface Preparation & Application Steps (All Grades)
Clean the Surface:
Remove dust, oil, paint, rust, and moisture from bonding surfaces using IPA, sandpaper, or mechanical tools.
2. Mix Resin and Hardener:
Use exact PBW ratios. Stir gently for at least 2 minutes until uniform. Avoid air entrapment.
3. Apply Adhesive:
Use spatula, brush, or injection tool. Apply evenly across one or both surfaces.
4. Clamp or Press:
Align surfaces and press gently. Clamp if needed. Remove excess before curing begins.
5. Cure:
- Initial set: 3–6 hours depending on grade
- Full cure: 24–36 hours at 25°C
Post-curing at 40–50°C can improve final performance
