MR. JO Tecbond – LVT: The Modern Epoxy Choice for Brush Manufacturers
As brush manufacturing evolves, so do the materials behind it. MR. JO Tecbond – LVT is our latest innovation — a next-generation brush hair locking epoxy designed for today’s automated, high-speed, and cost-sensitive production lines.
If you’re looking for a product that performs reliably, flows just right, and meets tighter price points without compromising on brush durability — LVT is your answer.
🛠️ What Industry Challenge Does LVT Solve?
Traditional epoxies like BLV and LVI have been the go-to systems for brush makers for years. But now:
- Faster production lines demand more consistent flow
- Automation requires predictable working time and viscosity
- Modern buyers demand quality at competitive prices
LVT addresses all three — it’s a refined, easy-to-use system built for modern brush plants. It binds firmly, accepts fillers well, and cures without shrinkage or brittleness.
🔍 LVT at a Glance

🧰 Application Method – Consistent & Scalable
- Prepare the Ferrule
- Hair is arranged in the ferrule or metal band
- Aligned by hand or machine depending on setup
- Mixing the Epoxy
- Mix 100 parts resin with 10 parts hardener by weight
- Add silica flour or stone powder to reach desired flow and setting characteristics
- Filling
- Fill ferrule with epoxy manually or via dosing systems
- LVT’s smooth viscosity prevents overflow while locking bristles deeply
- Curing
- Leave to cure at room temperature for 24–48 hours
- Or oven cure at 60°C for 2–3 hours for faster turnaround
- Finish
Trim and fix the brush handle. Ready for finishing and packaging.
