Description

Mr. JO Tecbond – ASG is a two-part epoxy adhesive that dries fast and cures quickly. Because it contains no solvents, it works well for many uses, such as repairs, crafts, and industrial tasks. Moreover, it bonds different surfaces strongly and lasts a long time. Therefore, you can rely on it for both home and industrial projects. Additionally, its quick surface drying saves you time.

Surface Preparation
  • The mixture should be applied on a clean and oil free surface. This should be achieved by suitable mechanical and chemical means such as sandblasting Wire brushing or chemical etching. Suitable degreasing agent should be used to remove any grease, or oil traces on the surface.
Application Method 
  • Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:80 pbw. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2minutes. Apply the mix directly or using proper spatula to the pretreated surfaces.
  • The joint components should be assembled as soon as the adhesive has been applied.
  • Allow the material to cure for at least 24 hours before putting to use.

A6. Mix 100 parts A to 80 parts B by weight until uniformly blended.

Q7. Can it be used outdoors?

A7. It can be used in sheltered outdoor areas, but it is not ideal for constant UV exposure.

Q8. Is it waterproof after curing?

A8. Yes, once fully cured, it forms a water-resistant bond suitable for occasional moisture exposure.

Q9. Can it be sanded or painted after curing?

A9. Yes. After a full cure, the adhesive can be sanded, filed, or painted for finishing.

Q10. How should I store unused material?

A10. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed, away from sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
