• The mixture should be applied on a clean, rough and dry surface. This should be achieved by suitable mechanical and chemical means such as sandblasting Wire brushing or chemical etching. Suitable degreasing agent should be used to remove any grease, or oil traces on the surface.

• Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:80 pbw. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2minutes. Apply the mix directly or using proper spatula to the pretreated surfaces.
• The joint components should be assembled as soon as the adhesive has been applied.
• Allow the material to cure for at least 24 hours before putting to use.

A5. Mix Part A and Part B in a 100:80 ratio by weight. Mix slowly and thoroughly to achieve a homogeneous consistency.

A6. It is a semi-flowable paste, which makes it easy to spread and fill tight joints without dripping—ideal for manual application in precision jobs.

A7. Pot life is approximately 60–70 minutes at 25°C. Functional bonding is achieved in 3–4 hours, with full cure in 24 hours.

A8. Yes, though it is optimized for metal-to-metal bonding, it also adheres well to ceramics, composites, and certain plastics. Test bonding is recommended for non-metallic substrates.

A9. It cures to a matte beige opaque finish. If color is important for your application, alternate shades can be requested with sufficient volume.

A10. Yes, once cured, it provides solid mechanical strength, resistance to moderate heat (up to 70°C), and vibration, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications.

A11. Store both components in cool, dry conditions, away from sunlight. Ensure containers are sealed after every use. Shelf life: 12 months.
