Description

MR. JO Teckot – CLR is a two-part, water-based clear epoxy system. It waterproofs concrete surfaces with ease. You can apply it on both wet and dry areas. Moreover, it creates a strong bond that lasts long. The water-based formula makes it safe and eco-friendly. Whether used indoors or outdoors, it provides reliable, clear protection.

Surface Preparation 
  • Concrete surfaces should be freed from laitance and dust by sand-blasting. In case sand-blasting is not possible, thorough abrading with a hard wire brush should be preferable.
Mixture Preparation 
  • Mixing ratio by volume 1st coat 2ndcoat
    Part A 1.5 1.5
    Part B 1 1
    Water 0 0
  • Water can be added to adjust consistency
Application Method 
  • Use Jpoxy JO Tekkot-CLR Part A & Part B in recommended ratio and mix the components thoroughly for at least 2 minutes or until uniform mix is obtained.
  • Paintbrush, roller or other mechanism equipment can be deployed for obtaining the desired finish.
