A Complete Adhesive Family – Strength to Bond, Power to Perform
From heavy-duty construction to delicate clear bonds, the MR. JO Tecbond Adhesive Range offers a powerful, versatile solution for every bonding challenge. Built on decades of epoxy expertise and engineered for industrial durability, clarity, pot life flexibility, and surface adaptability, Tecbond adhesives are trusted across sectors — automotive, engineering, art & craft, electricals, construction, and more.
🔹 1. General Purpose Adhesives (UP, GS, PS)
These unfilled, multipurpose epoxy adhesives are perfect for everyday structural and surface bonding across a wide range of materials — metals, plastics, ceramics, composites, and concrete.
- MR. JO Tecbond – UP: Premium grade with high strength and longer working time. Great for rebar extensions, anchor bolts, engineering components.
- MR. JO Tecbond – GS: Balanced performer with mid-range pot life. Ideal for bonding ceramic, plastic, metal — across general industrial tasks.
- MR. JO Tecbond – PS: Economical and fast-setting adhesive. Perfect for quick jobs, small-scale industrial bonding, handicrafts, and production lines.
All three are 100:80 mix ratio, solvent-free, and cure at room temperature. They offer reliable adhesion and chemical resistance, making them essentials in workshops, fabrication units, and field repairs.
🔹 2. GS Family Extensions (GLS, GSN, GSE)
Evolved from the GS base formula, these variants offer customized viscosity and pot life for diverse needs.
- MR. JO Tecbond – GLS: Low viscosity version of GS for better flow, deeper penetration in small gaps or potting tasks.
- MR. JO Tecbond – GSN: Longer pot life, slightly more economical than GS. Excellent for brassware, handicrafts, or repairs needing more open time.
- MR. JO Tecbond – GSE: Extra-long pot life (4–5 hours) and good flow for large surface applications like stone cladding, panel bonding, or slow assembly.
This series is built for users who prefer adjusted working times and tailored flow, while retaining the strength and clarity of GS-type adhesives.
🔹 3. Fast-Set Utility Adhesives (ASU, ASG)
Specially designed for fast operations and underprepared surfaces, these reddish-toned adhesives offer faster surface drying, strong bonding, and competitive affordability.
- MR. JO Tecbond – ASU: Faster setting and better wetting on tough substrates; good alternative to UP in quick-turn tasks.
- MR. JO Tecbond – ASG: Matches GS in usability but cures faster; ideal for sports goods, quick crafts, and shop-floor bonding.
These systems are great for budget-conscious users, assembly lines, or craftsmen needing quick turnaround.

🔹 4. Clear Adhesives (CL, CLR, CLR20, CLR30, CLR40, CLR60, VCL)
Perfect for glass, acrylic, woodwork, and transparent bonding, the Tecbond clear series offers a wide range of clarity and cure speed options.
- MR. JO Tecbond – CL: Premium clear with long pot life; excellent for vertical joints, marine, aviation, and precision assembly.
- MR. JO Tecbond – CLR: Standard fast-set clear with great adhesion and clarity. Ideal for handicrafts, glassware, display assemblies.
- MR. JO Tecbond – CLR20: Fastest curing clear in 100:100 mix ratio; perfect for jewelry, urgent glass repairs.
- MR. JO Tecbond – CLR30/40/60: Cost-effective series with pot life flexibility (30–60 mins) and beautiful gloss. Built for artisans, budget projects, and production work.
- MR. JO Tecbond – VCL: Flowable clear adhesive with 100:80 mix ratio; excellent substitute to market clear brands, suited for construction, panels, and high-clarity joints.
Each of these adhesives gives a glass-like transparent finish, strong adhesion, and weather/chemical resistance.
🧰 How to Use MR. JO Tecbond Adhesives
- Surface Preparation
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, rust, or other contaminants.
- For smoother bonds, roughen glossy or metal surfaces lightly.
- In case of porous surfaces (concrete/wood), priming may enhance bonding.
- Mixing Instructions
- Mix resin and hardener by weight in specified ratios (100:80 or 100:100 as applicable).
- Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes until a uniform mix is obtained.
- Avoid whipping air into the mixture — use slow, consistent mixing.
- Application
- Apply with a spatula, brush, or directly pour depending on viscosity.
- Clamp or hold parts in place until initial set. Avoid movement during pot life.
- Curing is complete in 12–24 hours at room temperature; full strength in 48–72 hours.
- Precautions
- Do not remix partially cured adhesive.
- Store components in cool, dry place.
- Use gloves and clean tools with isopropyl alcohol or epoxy cleaner before curing.
