MR. JO Inject – UPS : For Structural Crack Injection in Moist, Damp, or Underprepared Conditions
MR. JO Inject – UPS is a professional-grade, two-component epoxy injection grout designed for demanding concrete repair applications — especially where moisture, limited surface prep, or active seepage make standard systems unreliable.
Its low-viscosity, solvent-free formula flows deeply into cracks and porous zones, even under damp conditions. Once cured, it forms a rigid, high-strength bond that restores integrity to compromised concrete structures. Whether sealing honeycombs, voids, or active leaks, Inject – UPS is your trusted solution.
🔹 Key Features
✅Low Viscosity – Penetrates fine and medium cracks
✅Moisture-Tolerant – Works on damp, wet, and underprepared surfaces
✅Solvent-Free – Safe for confined work zones
✅Fast Cure – Achieves mechanical strength quickly

🔧 Recommended Applications
- Injection of structural cracks and voids under wet or damp conditions
- Grouting honeycombs, hollow zones, and voids in columns or beams
- Strengthening of damaged precast or cast-in-situ concrete
- Wide-gap filling in areas with limited surface preparation
- Structural repairs in water-retaining structures, underground basements, or coastal infrastructure
🛠️ How to Use: Injection Method
- Surface Cleaning
- Cut a V-groove (~10×10 mm) along the crack.
- Remove loose particles, oil, or dust using compressed air.
- Nipple Drilling & Fixing
- Drill injection holes every 15–30 cm along the groove.
- Insert 6 mm nipples (~15 cm long), fixed with epoxy putty.
- Avoid drilling for hairline cracks — may block flow.
- Surface Sealing
- Seal the V-groove and in-between nipples with epoxy putty.
- Allow 24 hours cure before injection.
- Pre-Injection Check
- Blow compressed air through each nipple to ensure passages are open.
- Injection Process
- Use a manual gun or injection pump at 50–100 psi.
- Start at the lowest nipple for vertical cracks.
- Continue until epoxy flows from the next nipple, then move upward.
- Post-Process
- After full cure, nipples can be removed or cut flush with the surface.
- Optionally, overcoat with a suitable epoxy to protect the area.

⚠️ Precautions
- Always wear gloves and eye protection while handling.
- Do not use in actively leaking cracks without sealing.
- Do not dilute with solvents.
- Ensure both components are mixed thoroughly before use.
- Clean tools immediately with appropriate cleaning agents before epoxy cures.
🧠 Why Injection Grouting with MR. JO Inject – UPS?
Traditional crack repair methods fail in damp or poorly prepared environments. MR. JO Inject – UPS fills this gap — literally and functionally. Its moisture-tolerant chemistry makes it the go-to for challenging repair zones where standard epoxies fail to bond. With excellent flow and strong post-cure bonding, it restores durability, leak resistance, and structural integrity with long-term results.
