Description

Mr. JO Inject – UPS is a two-part epoxy grout with low viscosity. It is solvent-free epoxy, and it works well in wet or damp areas. Moreover, you can use it to repair small cracks and fix damaged concrete in structural work. Additionally, the grout flows deep into gaps and cures quickly. Therefore, it provides strong and long-lasting results, even in tough conditions.

  • Color: Pale yellow
  • Pot life @25°C: 20-30 mins
  • Mixing Ratio: 100:40 PBW
  • Mixture consistency: Low viscosity liquid Damp, moist and underprepared substrate curing
  • Optics: Transparent / Translucent
  • Wide gap filing under wet/ damp condition
  • Honey comb
  • Structural strengthening
Surface Preparation
  • The mixture should be The system should be applied on a clean and rough surface. For good results, it is required to clean the area of debris, loose particles, damaged concrete and prepare the surface for the epoxy treatment.
Application Method
  • Fix nipples for injection grouting in the damaged portions using epoxy mortar.
  • Fix the remaining gaps and holes with same mortar.
  • Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:40 pbw. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2minutes.
  • Begin the injection process by slowly pumping the grout into the nipples using the injection pump. Continue injecting the grout until the cracks or voids are completely filled, and the grout begins to flow out of adjacent nipples.
  • Allow the material to cure for at least 24 hours before putting to use.

Q3. What is the mix ratio?

A3. 100:40 by weight (resin: hardener)

Q4. Does MR. JO Inject-UPS bond well under water?

A4. Yes. It is designed for underwater or saturated concrete bonding.

Q5. What crack sizes is MR. JO Inject-UPS suitable for?

A5. Medium cracks (0.5 mm to 2 mm) — too thick for hairline cracks, better for visible damp cracks.

Q6. What is the pot life and cure time?

A6.

Pot life: ~40 minutes Set: ~4 hours Full cure: ~24 hours

Q7. Can I use MR. JO Inject-UPS in vertical elements?

A7. Yes, when injected correctly and ports are sealed.

Q8. Is the cured resin visible or pigmented?

A8. It cures to a slightly opaque tone depending on moisture exposure.
