🔍 What Is It?
MR. JO Underlay-STD is a standard two-part epoxy base layer with adjustable filler loading. It’s designed for use under all MR. JO self-leveling flooring systems and even under chemical-resistant and protective coatings when extra build-up is needed.

📋 Application Process
- Surface Prep
- Mechanically clean via shot blasting or grinding
- Concrete must be firm (25 MPa+), dry, oil- and dust-free
- Priming
- Use MR. JO Primer-MVC, LVC, UPS or Eco Primer, based on substrate condition
- Apply underlay while primer is still tacky or within recoat window
- Mixing
- Mix Part A and B thoroughly for 2–3 minutes
- Gradually add Part C (quartz filler) and mix to uniform consistency
- Use low-speed mixer for even distribution
- Application
- Flowable: Pour, spread with rake, and level with spike roller
- Tampable: Apply with trowel and compact; finish surface to desired texture
- Curing
- Tack-free in 6–8 hours (at 25°C), light foot traffic after 24 hrs
- Full cure in 7 days
Topcoat within 24–48 hours after underlay application

- Do not dilute with solvent or water
- Mix only full units; maintain correct ratio for structural integrity
- Do not apply on moist or contaminated substrates without using the correct primer (e.g., UPS)
