Description
Jpoxy JR 3012 uses a chemical called Bisphenol-A. This glue flows easily because it is thin. It dries fast and holds things tightly together. People use this epoxy resin to protect surfaces, stick parts well, and keep electrical parts safe. It works well even if it gets hot or wet.

A1. Jpoxy JR 3012 is a low-viscosity, solvent-free epoxy resin based on C12–C14 modified Bisphenol-A. It is designed for easy flow, excellent substrate wetting, and high compatibility with fillers and pigments.
Q2. What are the key applications of JR 3012?A2. JR 3012 is commonly used in:
- High-solid coatings
- Primer systems for concrete and metal
- Trowelable mortars and repair systems
- Epoxy flooring, including self-leveling and filled screeds
A3.

A4. The C12–C14 alkyl chain modification improves:
- Moisture resistance
- Flexibility and impact resistance
- Surface penetration on concrete
- Adhesion to damp or porous surfaces
A5. JR 3012 works well with a range of polyamine, polyamidoamine, and modified amine hardeners. Your choice of hardener will define:
- Pot life
- Curing speed
- Flexibility or rigidity of the cured system
We can suggest the right combination based on your specific application.
Q6. Is JR 3012 suitable for self-leveling flooring systems?A6. Yes, its low viscosity and excellent flow make it ideal for:
- Self-leveling epoxy floors
- Pigmented or clear epoxy toppings
- Primers and underlay binders for screeds
A7. Absolutely. JR 3012 has excellent compatibility with quartz, talc, pigments, and flow agents, making it a preferred resin base for filled mortars and color coatings.
Q8. Does JR 3012 offer UV resistance?A8. Like most epoxy resins, JR 3012 is not UV stable by itself. It may yellow with prolonged UV exposure. For UV-sensitive applications, it should be top-coated with a UV-resistant polyurethane or aliphatic coating.
Q9. What is the shelf life of JR 3012?A9. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in sealed containers at 20–30°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Q10. What packaging sizes are available?A10. JR 3012 is available in standard packs of 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg. Custom or bulk packaging is available upon request for flooring contractors and industrial users.
