Description
MR. JO Marblewrap is a two-part, thick white epoxy system. It is solvent-free and easy to use. Moreover, it is perfect for repairing and reinforcing large marble or stone blocks. You can apply it during processing to strengthen the material. Also, it helps reduce breakage and improves durability. Therefore, it is a great choice for the stone and marble industry.

Surface Preparation
- The mixture should be applied on a clean, rough and dry surface. For good results, it is required that the marble surface is clean, and dry. This should be achieved by suitable mechanical means such as sandblasting or wire brushing.
- Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:100 PBW. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2 minutes.
- Apply the mix on the prepared substrate directly or using proper spatula.
- When applying glass cloth or carbon fiber, place the fiber/cloth on the surface where putty has been applied. Apply an over coat to impregnate the glass cloth/carbon fiber with a spatula.
