Description
MR. JO TG-3 is a three component, glossy, solvent free epoxy tile grout. In addition, it forms dense, impervious, and colored tile joints. Moreover, it makes the joints chemical resistant, stain resistant, hygienic and easy to clean.

- Remove all dust and debris from the joints and clean the surface by physical and mechanical means, prior to application of the product. Any cement or tile spacers between the tiles need to be removed gap cleaned for applying the tile grout. All joint and surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the grout work.
- Mix resin & hardener and filler until the mixture is uniformly spread and a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Mix the contents in the bucket until all parts are uniformly mixed
- Mix the contents to achieve a smooth creamy consistency.
- Pour the mixed grout on to the working area and compact the grout using a hard rubber grout float in to the tile joints.
- Remove all excess material from the tile surface using the rubber grout float.
- Within 20-30 min of application, clean the excess of epoxy grout lying on the tiles.
- Using a damp scrubber rub in circular motions on the floor to emulsify the grout residue and clean off the emulsified epoxy/water residue using a fine sponge. Clean all haze from the surface within 45 minutes.

A12. Initial wiping must be done within 20–30 minutes. Final cleaning can be done once grout is touch-dry, typically after 6–8 hours.
