MR. JO Teckot-CLR – Clear Protection, Clean Finish
When your walls or concrete don’t need color—but still deserve the best protection.
🧩 The Problem
Waterproofing often means white or pigmented coatings—which may not always be desirable, especially:
- On exposed concrete, natural stone, or heritage walls
- Where topcoat painting is planned later
- Or where visual inspection of the substrate is still needed
In such cases, contractors need a transparent, breathable, easy-to-apply waterproofing system that does the job without hiding the surface.
💧 The MR. JO Teckot-CLR Advantage
MR. JO Teckot-CLR is a water-based, clear epoxy coating that works both as a standalone waterproofing layer and a curing aid for freshly laid concrete.
Whether you’re protecting newly cast slabs, basement walls, or detailed brick surfaces, this system creates an invisible shield that resists water, bonds tightly, and cures into a durable epoxy film.
🧑🔧 Ideal For:
- Waterproofing exposed RCC surfaces
- Clear film protection on walls, parapets, bricks, stone, or concrete
- Use as a curing compound substitute on new concrete
- Interior or exterior waterproofing when a colorless look is preferred
- Underlayment before tile or paint applications

✨ Key Features:
- Transparent, breathable film
- Epoxy-grade waterproofing in a water-based system
- Low odor, low VOC
- Can be applied to damp or new concrete
- Brush or roller friendly
- No water dilution required – ready to mix and apply
- Economical yet effective
🧱 Surface Preparation
