🧑🔬 How It’s Applied
Step 1. Surface Preparation
- Remove dust, laitance, oil, or efflorescence
- Preferred prep: high-pressure water jetting or wet grit blast
- Optional: chemical etching for stubborn laitance
- Previously painted surfaces: mechanical abrasion or flame cleaning recommended
Step 2. Mixing
- 1st coat: Resin : Hardener : Water = 1:1:1(By Volume)
- 2nd coat: Resin : Hardener : Water = 1:1:0.5(By Volume)
Step 3. Application
- Apply using brush or roller
- Apply second coat within 2 to 24 hours
- Do not apply on substrates below 15°C
Coverage:
- 4–6 m²/L (1st coat)
- 5–7 m²/L (2nd coat)

Cure Time:
- Initial cure: 12–24 hours
- Full cure: 7 days
