Description
Jpoxy JR 3013 uses a chemical called Bisphenol-A. This glue flows easily because it is thin. It dries fast and holds things together very well. People use this epoxy resin to protect surfaces, stick parts tightly, and keep electrical parts safe. It works well even if it gets hot or wet.

A1. JR 3013 is a low-viscosity, modified Bisphenol-A epoxy resin, ideal for primers, tile grouts, and protective coatings. Its excellent flow and substrate wetting properties make it suitable for high-solid formulations and penetrative applications.
Q2. What are the key technical properties of JR 3013?A2.
- Epoxy Equivalent Weight (EEW): 185–195 g/eq
- Viscosity @ 25°C: 250–500 mPa·s
- Color (Gardner): ≤ 0.5 (very clear)
- Density @ 25°C: 1.00–1.10 g/cc
- Appearance: Clear liquid
A3.
- Tile grouting (as binder in 3-component grouts)
- Epoxy primers for concrete and masonry
- Thin-film coatings for dust-proofing or sealing
- Base resin for pigmented or filled flooring systems
A4. Its low viscosity ensures:
- Deep penetration into porous surfaces
- Ease of mixing with fillers and pigments
- Smooth, non-bubbling finish
- High adhesion and chemical resistance when cured with amine hardeners
A5. Use with:
- Polyamidoamine hardeners for tile grout systems
- Polyamines or cycloaliphatic amines for faster cure and harder finishes
A6. Yes, JR 3013 accepts a wide range of pigments (e.g., MR. JO ArtPigment) and fillers like quartz, silica flour, talc, or calcium carbonate, making it ideal for use in trowelable, pumpable, or self-leveling systems.
Q7. Is JR 3013 solvent-free?A7. Yes, it is solvent-free, making it suitable for low-VOC, eco-friendly flooring and grout systems.
Q8. What is the shelf life of JR 3013?A8. 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened containers at room temperature (20–30°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Q9. What packaging options are available?A9. Available in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg packs. Bulk supply options are also available for flooring contractors and grout manufacturers.
