📦 Composition & Mixing
Recommended Mixing Ratio (by weight):
- Resin (Part A): 5 kg
- Hardener (Part B): 2.5 kg
- Quartz Sand (Part C): 12.5 kg

🛠️ Application Process
- Surface Preparation
- Shot-blasting or mechanical grinding
- Ensure dust, oil, laitance, and moisture are removed
- Prime using MR. JO Primer-LVC or MVC for dry substrates, or UPS for damp substrates
- Mixing
- Add Part B (hardener) to Part A (resin) and mix for 2 minutes
- Slowly add Part C (filler) while mixing to get a uniform, flowable mix
- Use mechanical stirrer at slow speed
- Laying the Screed
- Pour material on the floor and spread with rake/trowel
- Use spike roller to remove trapped air
- Target thickness: 2–4 mm
- Open to topcoat after 12–24 hours

- For Chemical Areas: Under MR. JO Protectokot-CR/CRH/CSA coatings

- For Smooth Finish: Apply SL topcoat within 24–48 hours of screed cure
⚠️ Precautions
- Do not apply below 15°C surface temperature
- Ensure correct primer selection and proper curing between layers
- Always use calibrated quartz sand (0.1–0.5 mm) for best flow and finish
- Avoid water exposure for first 48 hours
- Protect laid surface from dust and contaminants during curing
