Description

Mr. JO Floor-CRSL0.5 is a three-part, solvent-free epoxy floor. It has a 0.5 mm self-leveling layer for light traffic. Its seamless and dense surface provides strength and durability. also, It resists mild chemicals and blocks moisture. Additionally, it is hygienic and easy to clean. This makes maintenance simple and hassle-free.

• Surfaces should be freed from laitance and dust by sand-blasting. In case sandblasting is not possible, thorough abrading with a hard wire brush should be preferable.
• Suitable degreasing agent should be used to remove any grease, oil or traces on the surface.

• Repair the surface if damaged. Allow 2-3 hours for surface of repaired area to dry. Choose a suitable product from Jpoxy’s JO range of Adhesives for repairing.
• Apply primer for better adhesion on substrate. Allow 4-5 hours for surface of repaired area to dry. Choose a suitable product from Jpoxy’s JO range of Primers.
• An underlay is suggested if the substrate is badly damaged or is prone to high level of mechanical abrasion. Allow 4-5 hours for surface of repaired area to dry. Choose a suitable product from Jpoxy’s JO range of Underlays.
• Mix all the three components provided in kit thoroughly for at least 2minutes. Apply the mix directly by pouring and spreading with the help of trowel.
• Allow 5-6 hour for surface to dry and 24 hours to achieve full strength flooring.

• CRSL0.5 mm: Light-duty, ideal for chemical-resistant sealing or smooth dustproofing
• CRSL1 mm: Medium-duty floor with higher resistance

A4. Yes. All CRSL floors are offered in:

• Factory-pigmented kits
• Neutral kits (to be pigmented on site using MR. JO ArtPigment at 4–6% of resin weight)

A5. A standard CRSL floor system includes:

1. Primer: Use MR. JO Primer-MVC or LVC
2. Underlay (optional): Use MR. JO Underlay-FLO (1–3 mm) or MR. JO Underlay-STD (4–6 mm)
3. Topcoat: CRSL0.5, CRSL1, or CRSL2 based on thickness and usage

A6. Use MR. JO Underlay-FLO or FLO when:

• Floor is uneven or damaged
• You require slope correction or base build
• You're applying CRSL1 or CRSL2 and want enhanced mechanical build-up

A7. Pre-fill with MR. JO Tecseal-CRP epoxy repair putty. It can be used:

• Before or after primer
• For both minor and structural floor repairs

• Pot life: ~30–40 min at 25°C
• Foot traffic: ~24 hours
• Full cure for chemical resistance: 5–7 days

• Clean, dry, and mechanically prepared floor
• Oil, laitance, and loose dust must be removed
• Prime with appropriate epoxy primer before CRSL flooring

A11. Yes. Sand the surface lightly and clean it thoroughly before applying a fresh CRSL or compatible topcoat.

A12. No. By default, CRSL systems are smooth. For anti-slip finishes, broadcast silica sand or anti-skid aggregates between coats.

• Avoid harsh acidic or solvent scrubbing in the first week
• Periodic checks for chemical exposure damage are advised in aggressive zones

A14. Like most epoxies, some yellowing may occur under prolonged UV. For outdoor or sunlit areas, apply a UV-stable topcoat.
