Description

Mr. JO Inject – VL is a two-part epoxy grout, 30 PHR, with very low-viscosity. It is solvent-free and easy to use. You can apply it to tiny cracks and damaged concrete. Additionally, it works well for general repairs and structural jobs. Also, it flows deep and cures fast. So, it gives strong and lasting results.

Surface Preparation
  • The mixture should be The system should be applied on a clean, rough and dry surface. For good results, it is required to clean the area of debris, loose particles, damaged concrete and prepare the surface for the epoxy treatment.
Application Method 
  • Fix nipples for injection grouting in the damaged portions using epoxy mortar
  • Fix the remaining gaps and holes with same mortar.
  • Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:30 pbw. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2minutes.
  • Begin the injection process by slowly pumping the grout into the nipples using the injection pump. Continue injecting the grout until the cracks or voids are completely filled, and the grout begins to flow out of adjacent nipples.
  • Allow the material to cure for at least 24 hours before putting to use.

Q1. What is MR. JO Inject – VL used for?

A1. Inject – VL is designed for hairline cracks, surface-crazing, and fine voids in concrete. Its ultra-low viscosity allows it to seep into tight gaps easily.

Q2. What is the difference between MR. JO Inject-VL and MR. JO Inject-LV?

A2. VL is even thinner than LV, with better penetration into microscopic cracks (<0.2 mm).
